Guam and the Marianas mail issues have been lumped together by Trump’s Executive Order 14324, which essentially taxes all incoming mail to the United States. Apparently, Guam and the CNMI are in the same boat with foreign countries globally.
Problem is that we aren’t a foreign country. But that’s part of the issue isn’t it.
